			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Thanks to Carolyn Steigleman, Associate Director of University Communications at St. Joseph&#8217;s University in Philadelphia who emailed this article she had just written that points out the need for understanding in the workplace for those with ADHD!</p>

these workers&#8230;&#8221; said Eric Patton, Ph.D., an assistant professor of management at Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia.</p>
