Welcome back! If you have yet to sign up for our RSS feed perhaps it's because you don't know what the heck that EVEN means! Watch this small video to see the cool things you can do with "RSS" or if you prefer reading, check out this article and let our feed be the first on your list! Trust me, if you visit more than 2 websites on a regular basis, RSS will make your life easier!

Hey ya’ll! My name’s Ryan, go by King Arthur, and I was diagnosed with A.D.H.D. in July of 2007. I was an adult by this time and in just a short while thereafter so much of my childhood just made sense.

I’m not into using the diagnosis as a crutch. In fact, I feel that everyone has their own trials and that we each can learn to understand ourselves through the insights we gain while going through our personal struggles.

I refused to take the Adderal prescription that was given me. That was for several reasons, the primary being that I had heard several firsthand accounts from friends that had taken it. Zombie is the word that comes to mind as I recall how they described their time on it. Perhaps it’s for some, but I felt at that time that I had some basic skills to learn as well as some habits to unlearn before I would ever become master of the tendencies that come with having A.D.D.

Perhaps part of having adhd is having an active and creative mind. I love when my mind floods with ideas and I spend hours drafting out plans for a new technology, website or system to change the way we live. I thrive when I am actively seeking knowledge and processing ideas.

There’s so much more to say, but I’ll let you get to know me through the posts on this blog.
